Dad, brother, friend

Everyone here knew you by one of these, I as Dad, you have left a big hole that can never be filled, we all have so many wonderful memories of you and of Mum, you are back together now for eternity.

I still imagine you coming through the front door saying I got to use the toilet and dashing upstairs.

Life goes on, but never the same as when you were here, the circle of life continues as it always has, so glad you got to see both of your great grandchildren, they bring so much joy to our lives.

Dad, you were always my hero, I am where I am today because of you, there was nothing you would not try and do yourself, I remember as a young kid helping you fix the engine on our car, we did so many things like this, it’s what made me want to go into Engineering, I also got from you the dogged determination to do anything I set my mind to
