Scrollin' through the same old pain

Like the feed might change my fate

Bedsprings squeak, not sleep

Thoughts run laps, I freeze

Heart’s loud in a quiet room

Every breath feels steep

I replay what I said

What I didn’t, what I broke

Tiny little choices

Turn to boulders in my throat

Curtains crack, no moon

Just my own regret in bloom

I could scream into this pillow

Still the silence fills the room
