I’ve walked through storms that shook my ground,
A heart weighed down, no strength to be found,
But in the struggle, found something true,
Every scar was shaping me anew.
Suffering was a bitter seed,
But it grew roots deep inside of me,
Now I see with clearer eyes,
Every tear was making me rise.
Through the fire, I found strength,
Through the pain, I learned to wait,
Building character, I found my way,
Turning fear into faith each day.
And now I stand with hope alive,
Knowing I’ll overcome in time.
I used to fear each coming storm,
But now I count these trials as warmth,
Not surprised when the dark descends,
I know that joy is waiting at the end.
Every test, a lesson learned,
Through every flame, I’m never burned,
For in my weakness, He stands near,
Wiping every doubt and fear.
Through the fire, I found strength,
Through the pain, I learned to wait,
Building character, I found my way,
Turning fear into faith each day.
And now I stand with hope alive,
Knowing I’ll overcome in time.
Now I pray for those who cast me down,
For those who’ve tried to break my ground,
No bitterness left, only grace,
I’m walking free in love’s embrace.
The battle’s not for me to fight,
It’s in God’s hands, He’ll make it right,
I’ll stand still and know He's near,
For every trial, He’ll take my fear.
Through the fire, I found strength,
Through the pain, I learned to wait,
Building character, I found my way,
Turning fear into faith each day.
And now I stand with hope alive,
Knowing I’ll overcome in time.
So I lay it down at the cross,
Every burden, every loss,
For the battle belongs to Him alone,
In His victory, I find my home.
