Send your grace, help us through, as we truck along

Morning breaks, the orders flood, like a river wild and free

Side streets maze, our only way, to dodge and weave endlessly

Cops are out, patrolling deep, their lights cut through the night

Intervene, keep us unseen, guide us to the daylight

In the rush, in the grind, we pray for a little peace

Send us sleep, send us ease, let the chaos cease

Living nightmare, day of hell, keep the pressure strong

Give us grace to navigate, and right the wrong

Caffeine clouds their senses, let them drift and dream
