Verse 1:
I will never blame my parents for they struggled with debt.
Just tryin to live a little and have some happiness   
My old folks, though not that old definitely have regrets
They still wanted the best for me though it meant rising debt

Old folks preach of Wisdom due to their grand old age
But what of young innocence and the role that it plays.
The old suppress the young ones when they are out of line
But young contest the old for the standards for their time

Now don’t get me wrong here, there is importance in wisdom
Its the duty of the wise to spread the lessons of past lives
But wisdom should be [challenged and checked] shouldn’t force away innocence 
It should nurture it to a  [ better effect] the innocence of children

Innocence will transform to wisdom at a later age
From adolescent to maturity it always stays that way
It’s the process of growing up, aging and living life
This will never change,        the cycle will remain the same

Blind to the world we live in, that we believe to be fine.
The truth be told for whatever we see the world has issues unseen
But light can shine in places darkness forgets to keep concealed
