Weeping Willow

Gusts of crisp cool winds graze my face

As my hair dances softly Too and fro

Tears stream down of salted taste

Sadness my soul continues to undergo

Weeping willow speak to me

It is only us who endure this agony

Pain and sorrow we both will share

To our secrecy of all despair

Whispering shadows of our fears

Rivers that flow to the deep blue sea

Take with you our seeping tears

Where forever of salted taste you will keep

Weeping willow of sound and mind

Both you and I will arise

As we make this eternal bind

Power and strength we’ll show with no disguise

We hold each other to our secrecy

To tell no soul of you and me

I can walk away so peacefully

Knowing no one will know what’s inside of me
