Lost in the dark, feeling so cold

Searching for something, stories unfold

Is love real or just an illusion?

Every piece I find, brings confusion

Walking through shadows of my mind

Fading echoes of the love I find

Caught in the crossfire, lost in the rapture

Trust is a fragile glass, shattered fast

Fears hold me back, shadows cast

But I keep on hoping, I keep on dreaming

Silent screams in my mind, still believing

What is love? Is it just a dream?

Or is it real, a shining beam?

Emotions collide, hearts torn apart

Trying to find the truth, the missing part

Love's a game, a masquerade

Pain and pleasure, both cascade

Holdin’ on or let it go

In this storm, I’ve come to know

Loving in fragments, pieces of me

Battling doubts, can’t you see?

Rising high, fall so low
