Walking the line where the circus preforms

Caught in the mirror of yesterday

What would I do if I lost my way?

Facing the truth I hesitate to say

A stumble, a misstep, a slip in time

Waiting in silence till I decide

The fear inside, so hard to hold

Walking that line, brave and alone

Sometimes the hardest choice is to show your heart

To own your mistakes, to make a new start

Can’t stay in the shadows, gotta find my part

Hope’s a faint whisper, a fragile spare

Maybe I’ll wait, maybe I’ll go

Trust in myself to let it show

In the end, only I will know
