Morning light, my head’s a drum,
Crawl to beer, the first one’s gone.
Second, third — they set me free,
Now my mind is back with me.
Noise in my head — here we go again,
Beer like a river, never enough, my friend.
Laughter and fights, life spins around,
This crazy wheel keeps turning down.
Baby wakes, she starts to yell,
Checks the fridge — it’s empty as hell.
“Where’s my beer, you fool, you clown?!”
Her angry voice just shakes the town.
Tried to run but couldn’t hide,
She caught me quick, a kick outside.
Now the thunder’s back again,
Round and round — the same old chain.
Noise in my head — here we go again,
Beer like a river, never enough, my friend.
Laughter and fights, life spins around,
This crazy wheel keeps turning down.
