Barely.

(Crowd laughs)

RAVEN:

And I wasn’t wrong.

(Laughter)

SCARLETT:

Anybody here drive a pickup truck?

(Yes… )

JUNE:

Anybody here ever got lost?

(No…..)

RAVEN:

Anybody here ever took the long way home?

(…. No)

SCARLETT:

Good.

You’re our kind of people.

(Crowd cheers)

JUNE:

Because that’s what this whole thing is about.

Roads.

Stories.

People.

RAVEN:

Not perfect people.

SCARLETT:

Thank God.

(Crowd laughs)

JUNE:

Just real people.

Trying their best.

Raising families.

Building things.

Helping each other.

Getting knocked down.

Getting back up.

(Crowd applause)

RAVEN:

We’ve traveled a lot of miles.

Seen a lot of places.

But everywhere we went…

People wanted the same things.

JUNE:

A good life and peace

SCARLETT:

Good friends and with a big Heart

RAVEN:

And somebody to sing with on a Saturday night.

(Crowd cheers)

Forget tomorrow.

SCARLETT:

Let go of what no longer serves you….

RAVEN:

Forget what the world wants you to argue about.

(Pause)
