Pain abuse trauma and misused misunderstood and confused a slowly tightened noose more than I can take I wish I could escape day after day I try and fake but I want to erase all the pain

Inside my Brain all the stains that I don’t claim all the things that won’t go away

day after day I cry and cry and try and try but you seem to be the reason why I can’t let go until I lose control stuck in this hole with no where to go no where to go

I deflect your words and trigger you but you project on me and trigger me too the round and round drives me wild I feel like I’m a lonely child abandoned by the ones I trust seeking love that left so abrupt nothing changes nothing sees me I feel like I’m never breathing

day after day I cry and cry and try and try but you seem to be the reason why I can’t let go until I lose control stuck in this hole with no where to go no where to go

What are we supposed to do a power struggle consuming all we do nothing we say ever helps we stay the same screaming for help I yell your name and you turn away you come back once I don’t wanna stay round and round everyday why can’t we just turn the page
