By the border where the jungle weeps,

Our brothers stood, their promise deep.

In Preah Vihear, their blood was spilled,

For love of land, their hearts were stilled.

Cambodia, my soul, my flame,

We rise in sorrow, not in shame.

No more war, no more cries,

Let peace be our battle cry.

Children flee, mothers mourn,

Fields lie bare, dreams torn.

But through the smoke, our flag still flies,

A symbol strong beneath the skies.

Let the guns fall silent now,

Let leaders keep their solemn vow.

From Phnom Penh to the sacred stone,
