I don’t think I ever loved someone like how I love you, so this is it? This is what it feels like…. This is what being loved feels like. And I only thought that love like this only exited in movies or books but you continue to show me every single day, that exist in real like too. I always saw myself as a person that wasn’t Loveable & that’s person Like you didn’t exist. And I would never find someone like you but then I did & you are everything I could’ve ever asked for & more, not only do you tell me you love me everyday but you prove it you never fail to turn a bad day into a good day u make me feel like the prettiest girl in the world so thank you for showing me I am capable of being a loveable person & that I deserve it & love like this does exist you’re my best friend/lover/my everything & so much more. I just gotta remember  this is only the beginning of the rest of our life’s together literally bringing me to tears writing this to you. 
I promise to be there for you when you get home on exhausted days. I promise to always protect you and make sure you know that your life matters. Because it does. I’ll stand by you through anything you go through. You look at me like I’m the only girl around. You make me feel important and never let me down you’ve shown me how to live how to smile, what to say, you’ve shown me what’s it worth to love someone each and every day. So this poem goes out to you for everything you’ve done and I hope now you understand that baby. You’re the one Is it just me or do you feel it too. My soul suffocates when I’m away from you dazed and burnt out tired and lonely silently suffering In this wretched agony weakened from the core don’t know what to do as I count the stars thinking about you. I don’t just want to marry you to wake up to you everyday or be with you forever. I want to marry you Bcuz marriage is hard, raising kids is hard, debt & bills & relatives & jobs & blending two families & lives is hard, and you’re the person I want to go through bad times with. Life is never going to magically be all butterflies & rainbows just bcuz you marry your soul mate. Life is hard, & I want to marry you & love you every day through every bump in the road. I want to marry you to be your rock through every curve ball & to look at you when everything else is falling apart. I don’t want to marry you bcuz it’s real and hard work & a lifetimes of ups & downs with you is worth every second of it.
