Verse 1
In the boardroom of my mind, there’s a cast of many faces –
different ages, different genders, names that shift through spaces .
ANPs keep the KPIs of daily life on track, EPs hold memories and pain .
Some parts wear suits, some skip shoes, some vibe in a child’s lane .
They bring their own preferences, tastes, even allergies and heart rates ;
physiology shifting like market trends, but together they’re my base.
Pre‑Chorus
It’s not some “split personality” myth; it’s trauma’s corporate restructure .
Prolonged early harm or neglect spawned new departments to survive .
Each alter was an innovation – a pivot when life got rough;
their roles are by design: protect, remember, play, or love.
Chorus
We’re a startup inside one body, sharing one account;
different dashboards, same mission, this system is our compound.
We practice co‑consciousness to reduce the lost time ,
share memories like meeting notes, keep synergy in line.
From littles to leaders, persecutors to protectors – we all share the skin and bone .
No cap, it’s rough, but with compassion and strategy, we’ll make this house a home.
Verse 2
There are child alters, “littles,” who speak in playful tones,
holding memories of terror or joy ; they’re never alone.
Caretaker alters manage others with maternal grace, but forget themselves .
Protectors rush in fists up, perceiving threats at every place .
Persecutors look hostile, but they’re misguided security teams ,
born from distorted realities and trauma‑coded dreams.
Animal alters prowl inside – tigers growl to guard our hearts ;
they remind us we’re part human, part wild art.
Bridge
Some days I check the calendar and whole hours are gone;
amnesia’s like an out‑of‑office email – “I’ll be back, carry on.”
With co‑consciousness we co‑author, reduce the black‑out holes .
We learn to share the minutes, letting all stakeholders have a role.
Therapy isn’t a purge; you can’t “exorcise” a department away –
persecutors and “demons” are hurt kids dressed in costume ; kindness is the way.
Verse 3
Integration isn’t a hostile takeover; it’s strategic partnership.
We onboard new parts, cross‑train skills, and build authentic leadership.
A “dead” alter hides a near‑death memo , a disabled alter holds a blindfold over eyes .
These aren’t liabilities but stories; with time and trust they’ll rise.
Robot parts learn emotions , sexual parts unpack the shame ,
psychotic‑seeming symptoms may just be flashbacks by another name .
We set clear communication, avoid overdose risks ;
no matter the label, each part has a stake in this.
