Caught in a web, can't break free, a tangled mess inside of me

Screaming silence, hiding pain, lost in the storm, can't explain

My mind's a battlefield, fighting every day, shadows dance and realities sway

Racing thoughts, heavy heart, shadows in my mind, tearing me apart

Feel the panic rising, waves of despair, trying to breathe but it’s just not there

A restless storm in my brain, trapped in a loop, feeling numb, caught in the rain

Spinning out, losing ground, trapped beneath these heavy clouds

Wanna retreat, wanna hide, from the chaos deep inside

Web of pain, tangled deep, drowning in the silent screams

Breaking free, but I can't find the door, trapped in my mental dream

Pain and hope collide, in this mind of mine, I wish I could unwind

In the shutdown, finding peace, praying for the dawn to shine

Hold on tight, don’t let go, through the darkness, find the glow

Every scream, every tear, trying to find myself somehow

Breathe in hope, exhale fear, in the quiet, I appear

One day I’ll break free, from the web, from the nightmare I bear

Silent now, just the fading sound, waiting for a new dawn to be found
