Sanctuary of Dreams

Close my eyes, drift away, into a world beyond this day

Where the skies are clear and blue, and everything feels true

Dreaming of a distant place, far from all the human race

A land where worries don’t exist, wrapped in a gentle mist

The grass beneath soft as a kiss, flowers bloom in endless bliss

Butterflies dance in the air, singing songs without a care

In this realm, I find my peace, my soul’s release, my worries cease

A sanctuary in my mind, where love and hope entwine

This magic world inside of me, where I am truly free

Endless skies, vibrant hues, a universe to choose

Fantasies alive and bright, shining in the night

My mind’s creation, my salvation, my fantasy

Flee from the dark, run away, into my mind I stray

A safe retreat from pain, where dreams remain

No limitations here, just visions pure and clear

A paradise within, where I begin again

So I close my eyes and fly away, to my own beautiful bay

Where love and dreams reside, with nothing to hide
