Hope isn’t Lost

Whispered prayers in the dark, searching for the light

Lost in the shadowed corners of the night

Fighting battles in my mind where hope used to dwell

Walking through the storm, trapped inside my own hell

Every dawn I rise, but the weight remains so deep

In the silence, I cry, begging for my soul to keep

But I hear a gentle voice call my name

A whisper of love, soothing all my pain

Breaking through the darkness, shining so bright

Jesus, You are my refuge, my guiding light

I surrender all, let Your love restore

You held my broken heart, now I’m needing You more

Through tears and fears, I find my way

With Jesus by my side, I can face each day

Memories of the loved one, like shadows they stay

But Your promise of hope is brighter than the gray

In the depths of despair, Your grace pulls me free

Your love is my victory, my strength, my plea

Calling out to Jesus, who hears every sigh

Lifting me from the ashes, to live and to fly

His mercy shields me, my soul’s new song

With Him I’ve found where I truly belong
