Hero in My Dreams

In my dreams, I’m free, flying high above the scene

Where the shadows fade and colors gleam

Waiting for the night to come again

Built my worlds inside my sleep, castles made of hope and myth

In the dark, I find release, where nightmares cannot exist

Every fantasy I hold, a sanctuary I design

But when dawn’s light unfolds, I leave my kingdom behind

Can’t escape this craving, to return where I belong

In my dreams, I’m saving, where I know I’m strong

Night falls again, pulling me in

To the world where I ascend

Save me, take me back in time

Where I am the hero, where I shine

Don’t wake me up, I don’t wanna end

In my dreams, I am lost in my friend

In my worlds, I reign supreme

Living the hero’s endless dream

Hold on tight, don’t let me wake

This is the life I dare to fake

A universe of stories to be told

In my sleep, I find control
