He Lifts Me High

Feet been dragging heavy, weighed down with strife,

Shadows tried to claim the light in my life.

But through the storm, His promise rings clear,

Whispers of hope—He’s always near.

He lifts me high, where the angels sing,

Over the valley, on heaven’s wing.

Chains are broken, His love commands,

I’m walking strong, in the Savior’s hands.

Troubles come knocking, but I ain't home,

Faith’s my armor, I ain’t alone.

Mountains move when His name is called,

Echo of power shaking them all.

Hands raised up like a hallelujah cry,

Strength in the spirit, can't deny.

It's not my fight, it's His to win,

From death to life, He pulls me in.

He lifts me high, where the angels sing,

Scriptures roll deep, cut sharper than steel,

Healing my scars, teaching me to feel.
