Who…
told you…
you weren’t enough?
Because it wasn’t your Father
I’ve been dragged through the dirt,
Had my name in the mud,
Thought my value was measured
By the pain and the blood.
Every scar had a sermon,
Every wound had a whisper.
Every lie got louder
When I stopped hearing Scripture.
The enemy don’t kick down the front door…
Nah…
He slides through the cracks.
One compromise.
One click.
One drink.
One hit.
One…
“I’ll deal with it tomorrow.”
Then tomorrow became years.
He don’t just want your addiction.
He wants your agreement.
Because if he can change what you believe…
He never has to put chains on your hands.
You’ll wear them yourself.
“You’ll never change.”
“You’ll always crave it.”
“You’re too dirty.”
“God just tolerates you.”
Liar.
Every.
Single.
Word
See…
he couldn’t kill me…
so he tried to rename me.
Worthless.
Disposable.
Unwanted.
Too much.
Not enough.
Rejected before I ever walked into the room.
I carried labels…
Jesus carried nails.
Tell me…
which one has more authority?
I am not…
what I survived.
I am not…
what I desired.
I am not…
my darkest night.
I am who Jesus says I am…
That’s my identity.
(Verse 2)
The war ain’t political…
It’s spiritual.
The battlefield?
Right between your ears.
The enemy ain’t scared
of strong men…
He’s terrified…
of surrendered men.
Because a man on his knees…
makes hell nervous.
A husband who prays…
changes generations.
A father who repents…
breaks bloodlines.
A son who forgives…
silences hell.
See…
Masculinity was never domination.
It was washing feet.
Carrying crosses.
Speaking truth.
Standing firm.
Leading with love.
Bleeding if necessary.
That’s strength.
Jesus wasn’t weak.
He was meek.
There’s a difference.
The devil’s got a counterfeit
for everything holy.
Counterfeit love.
Counterfeit identity.
Counterfeit peace.
Counterfeit freedom.
Counterfeit pleasure.
Because if he can keep you chasing copies…
You’ll never discover the Original.
I’m done…
performing.
Done pretending.
Done introducing myself
with my failures.
My past don’t have visitation rights anymore.
Condemnation…
you’ve been evicted.
Shame…
pack your bags.
Fear…
your lease expired.
Because Christ moved in.
Listen…
I don’t fight…
FOR victory.
I fight…
FROM victory.
The cross settled it.
The tomb proved it.
The Spirit lives it.
The Father declared it.
The blood sealed it.
So when the enemy says…
“You’ll always be an addict…”
I answer…
“I’ve been adopted.”
When he says…
“You’re still that porn addict…”
I answer…
“I’m purified.”
When he says…
“You’ll never lead your family…”
I answer…
“As for me and my house…
we will serve the Lord.”
When he says…
“You’re condemned…”
I answer…
“There is therefore now…
NO…
condemnation…
for those…
who are in Christ Jesus.”
Look at me.
You’re not too late.
You’re not too dirty.
You’re not forgotten.
You’re not abandoned.
You don’t need another self-help book.
You don’t need another escape.
You need a Savior.
His name is Jesus.
And dead things…
still come back to life.
