*ITC Clearance Process*
We log a dispute to remove all negative listings ( Prescribed Debt) with all 4 Credit Bureaus (TransUnion, Experian, VeriCred and XDS)
1.We prescribe and remove all the old debt (3 years and older that has not been paid) when debt has not been paid for 3 years or longer it's reached retention and can be prescribed and removed.
2.Accounts can be removed if Creditors don't respond to the 4 Credit Bureaus during the investigation period that's usually between 21 to 42 days, if no response, the Credit Bureaus might find it in your favor and remove the accounts.
3.Another reason an account can be removed is if the creditor charged you too much in interest rates and not follow the correct guidelines of the NCR, the Credit Bureaus might find in your favor and remove the accounts.
Please Note: New arrears cannot be removed, you need to make a payment arrangement or settle accounts to be back in good standing, we will send paid up letters/ payment arrangements or settlement letters to the 4 credit bureaus and NCR to put you back in Good Standing and remove the negative listings.
Entire process takes between 4 to 12 weeks, if no success after 12 weeks client may request a refund, a 50% refund will be given as the work has already been done.
*Process for Debt Review Exit:*
Client needs to be transferred from current Debt Review company to Our company that will legally Exit you.
Accounts 3 years and older will be prescribed and removed off credit profile.
Client needs to have at least one account Paid up or settled or paying own accounts.
If transfer successful, Client will be issued with a Clearance Certificate (U19), this legal document will be sent to the 4 credit bureaus, Transunion, Experian, XDS and VeriCredit to remove the Debt Review flag.
Please Note: If Client still has unpaid debts, client needs to make payment arrangements and settle accounts to become in 'Good Standing' on credit bureaus again.
