Triggered

Your mind is a dangerous tool it can play you a fool and leave you triggered.
Your emotions can be like a hurricane blowing you around having you believing your insane crying rivers of pain that causes triggers.
Your heart is like a flower beautiful when it flourish and withers away when it has reached it limit.
Even when you thought you found your triggers something else activates and guess what you been triggered.
No matter how much you fight no matter how many ways you try you’ll always be triggered.
Are you stuck in a never ending cycle of triggers? Or is it all in your head?
Your mental space is like glass it’s fragile and once broken no matter how long you pick up the pieces it will never be the same.
A lot has left me triggered now who’s gonna pull the next trigger?
