The Battle of Gnar Dragon Den

The wizard rose, his cloak fell wide,
Dragon form revealed, fury and pride.
Right hand lost but fire still burned,
The den alive, the heroes learned.

Prophet leapt from shadowed height,
Mathew beside him, ready to fight.
Jumping Zach soared, boots aglow,
Keeping the creatures from striking low.

The beasts distracted, the path now found,
Andrew raised the blade with a fearless sound.
The dragon gasped, “I’ll give you all you seek,
Let me live, my life is weak.”
Andrew roared, eyes burning fast,
“I want my father back, you beast, at last!”
Steel sank deep, the dragon no more,
Freedom returned, the den’s dark core.
