The saddest part of having a strict parent is you watching your friends have fun, going out and Enjoying their own teenage years while you're at home seeing how Much fun they are  having and thinking you did wrong for not having fun and why you can't have freedom ah ah ah ah

I don't know how to express my feeling 
I don't like asking for help when I'm down I overthink a lot

I have social anxiety
