Thinking about our pasts it’s crazy we seen the out come like an exit sign, we’ve slowed down luckily escaping that traffic fine. 

Man that cost would have been a high amount, despite our challenges and hardships we’ve tackled this life with surmount. 

We have different lives but the same struggles to count, drugs, alcohol, addiction we resourced it from the spout. 

But always rising eachother up like a lake bed after a rain from an endless drought, 

you always knew what’s up ahead judging the lay of the land so it was natural you became a scout.

I've drank too drunk to no end of measure, figured it wasn't a problem, just pleasure. I’ve spoken to spirits who weren't there or will be soon. Cooked crack from coke on a metal spoon. Meth’d around with the wrong crowd and goon. Destroyed lives all around us, gotten higher than Artemis 2 on the dark side of the moon. Guess that was conquered and now considered subdue. 

Im at heavens height, got Jesus and angels in sight, don't have to swing in this fight, never thought being a father was this tight, better at leading now. A husband on a flight. 

10 feet taller now, got the glory in my might. Lead them in the right direction with the compass quide, God has our backs. We’re all gonna be alright.

 So glad it ended this way and its a fresh start, everyday is a new way. Everything is gonna be okay. Thank God it ended this way. Surmount is complete. Tomorrow is a new day. God is old school but it's my new way. He helps me lead my family straight. Relentless to the bone, ill never die, my soul is Gods now and thats fate.
