Endurance,Persevere,will power,Unbreakable

​The noise has faded to a ripple’s grace,

And silence claims this vast and hallowed space.

She sits, a shadow etched against the light,

The calm commander of the coming night.

​The chaos that once raged within her mind

Is now a memory she has left behind.

No longer fighting just to stand her ground,

She listens to the peace that she has found.

​The water mirrors back a soul at rest,

Who put her spirit to the ultimate test.

She does not need to move, nor speak, nor plea,

To prove the depth of her own victory.

​Her battles ended with the setting sun,

The war is over, and the self has won.
