With his Blood

I opened my heart to the light of His grace

Found a love so pure in His warm embrace

The blood that was shed now flows through my veins

Every tear that I cry He washes away

I walk through the shadows but I fear no night

With the cross in my soul there's eternal light

Though this world may fade like sand in the breeze

In His name I stand with unshaken knees

With His blood I am free with His love I am whole

Every step that I take He's the guide of my soul

I may leave this earth but I’ll rise where He stands

For the gates of heaven are in His hands

I’ve let go of burdens they’ve all been unchained

His mercy has covered my deepest pain

No riches or crowns could ever compare

To the promise of life that’s waiting there

Ready to die but I’m living in peace

The glory land calls my spirit’s release

His name is my banner my anchor my song

In His arms I know I’ve been where I belong

With His blood I am free with His love I am whole

Every step that I take He's the guide of my soul

I may leave this earth but I’ll rise where He stands

For the gates of heaven are in His hands
