Guidance in the Shadows

In the misty shadows, where the waters call,

A silent guide watches, standing tall,

Darkness whispers as the spirits fall,

Guided by the reaper, through the pall.

Beneath the stormy sky, a boat resides,

A figure in black, where the mystery abides,

Long scythe glimmers, a beacon of the night,

Whispering silence, in the fading light.

Evil's desperate cry, they swim and sway,

Demons in disguise, trying to betray,

But the reaper's gaze keeps the darkness at bay,

No soul shall escape, no evil shall stay.

Guide us through the shadows deep,

Where the lost and the wicked weep,

In this darkened, haunted stream,

He’s the keeper of the dream.

Water lures with sinister temptations,

Hybrids of nightmare, foul aberrations,

They claw and they drown in their desperation,

But the reaper holds steadfast, pure determination.

Through the gloom, the boat moves calm and slow,

Silent sentinel, in the night’s cold glow,

Guiding spirits where they need to go,

Until the dawn’s light begins to show.
