Trying hard to walk in that pure light using my God given gentle spirit of meekness

Now in this pure light my feet seem not to touch the ground

floating towards heaven in this euphoric feeling Ive newly found

Embracing determination in strength against sin to be put in its place

Intentional choices of nurturing righteousness in my life

Watching the devil try but quickly take flight

As it is written resist the devil and he will flee

Don’t encourage the devil by sinning as he will not leave, I guarantee

With each step taken to walk in pure light your life aligns with divine truth and deep fellowship with God

He will become a lamp unto your feet guiding you with eternal hope where you trod
