Everybody chasing diamonds in the night sky

Posting all their trophies just to prove they alright

Money in the briefcase, gold around the neck

But the soul still empty, living life in debt

They running after fame like it’s holy fire

But the truth getting lost in the world’s desire

Brand new chains but the heart still cold

Selling their peace just to worship gold

Everybody screaming “I just want more”

But they don’t even know what they fighting for

Climbing up ladders that break in the end

When wisdom the only thing Heaven will send

You can buy the cars

You can buy the crown

But wisdom the treasure that won’t burn down

Understanding greater than silver and gold

Truth from the Father never gets old

They chasing desire… chasing desire

Running through the fire for a temporary crown

But wisdom is higher… wisdom is higher

Only truth from God will never let you down

See the world full of idols made of dollar signs

Everybody rushing like they running out of time

Trying to build kingdoms that crumble to dust

Putting all their faith in their money and lust

But what profit a soul when the spirit is poor?

When the riches you keep can’t open Heaven’s door?

You can stack up millions, build towers tall

But without true wisdom you could still lose it all

You can buy the cars
