Every scar tells a story, a chapter of pain

Left in the rain, longing for sun, but caught in the chain

Broken pieces of a heart, trying to find its way

Through the hurt and the scars, just wanting to stay strong today

They never understood the tears I hide

But I’m learning to stand, with strength inside
