What is mine

Feels like forever I've been waiting in line,
I know sooner or later it will be my time,
Even if I'm last that would be fine, for some damn reason I can't have what is mine.

As I sit and long for her all day,
Always hoping I'll sweep her off her feet today
But my thoughts about it comes some other way,.
It's served to me on a dirty ashtray.

This panic attacks me all over the place,
I pray and pray the Lord to bless me with his grace,
I can clearly see the change in her face,
She not looking for the joker she wants the ace.

Don't know if it would help if I just left.
I've givin it all I've givin my best,
I cant do what it is all like the rest.
I just sit here trying to find the answers all from a guess.im a fucking mess.
