Echoes in my mind, noise I can't contain

Rushing like a flood, drives me insane

Thoughts collide, chaos in my head

Frenzied whispers, words unsaid

Pulse pounding loud, can't escape this sound

Is this real or just a dream? I’m bound

Shouting inside, reaching for the calm

But the storm’s alive, wreaking havoc, a palm

Clenched tight, fighting the scream
