[Verse 1]
Listen…
You hear that?
That’s another fuse hissing.
A little kid sitting in a corner with his head down,
Mom’s screaming, dad’s swinging, whole house dead now.
School’s another battlefield, nowhere to escape,
Every joke cuts deeper, every shove shapes fate.
He ain’t thinking homicide…
He’s just trying to breathe.
Trying to find one damn reason not to leave.
Years pass.
Pressure stacks.
Mind cracks.
Nobody asked.
Then the quiet kid everybody laughed at disappeared,
Replaced by somebody nobody wanted near.
Now the headlines paint him as a beast from the womb,
Like darkness magically bloomed in an empty room.
No…
It grew one bruise,
One betrayal,
One nightmare at a time.
Until the last piece of mercy finally died.
I’m not defending what he chose in the end.
The victims deserved tomorrow—they’ll never breathe again.
But if we never ask what built the road he walked upon,
We’ll keep making monsters…
Then wondering where they come from.
[Verse 2]
Somebody saw the warning signs but called it “acting out,”
Another file in a cabinet, another cry drowned out.
Pills without a shoulder, prayers without a hand,
Everybody saw him sinking, nobody chose to stand.
He learned that fists spoke louder than a thousand honest words,
That silence was the language every broken child deserved.
So he built his heart like concrete, buried every scar,
Smiling just enough to hide how shattered people are.
Then one more shove.
One more laugh.
One more door slammed in his face.
One more soul convinced the world had never saved a place.
The fuse kept burning underneath a mask that looked okay.
The loudest explosions often start in whispers every day.
[Verse 3]
So don’t just mourn the ending when the cameras finally roll,
Look behind the tragedy and ask who lost the soul.
The teacher who looked past him.
The neighbor who stayed blind.
The system counting numbers while forgetting every mind.
Evil owns the trigger.
There’s no washing off that stain.
The innocent are gone forever, nothing heals that pain.
But if we only build more prisons after everything is done,
Ignoring every child still hiding from the smoking gun,
We’ll gather at the ruins, asking how it came to this,
While another fuse is hissing in a home we somehow missed.
Listen…
You hear that?
Don’t wait for the snap.
