This is my story that I would like to tell, and it's a story about friends a story about family, I really don't know where to begin. But I thought maybe I should write this in a song.
So where do I begin,
There is this man name Steve, boy do I greeve with Steve. Man I can tell ya this person that I know works at Glenn's Market, he comes into work always doing his best, when he has to open up at work in morning.
Making salads, prepping the hot case, printing our to do list. I can tell you brother I bet it's stressful. But every time I come in to work. I always see a smile on his face and I love joking with him, talking about music and watching movies.
I remember the time he had to work 12 days...damn that had to be hard... I bet he forgot how it felt to have a day off... but he always came to work with a positive attitude and a smile. If it was me brother...it be a Christmas eve attitude and you know what I mean.
So this is my story that I had to write in a song . And I'll never forget this all the day long. Somedays are good Somedays can be bad. But never forget no matter what you can get through this and be glad.
You got my friend zach he is a great guy. I always love getting mahnah mahnah in his head even other songs I love getting into his head. Messing around joking and laughing always good times. Have my wife tracy she is a wonderful person. Always making bread and desserts I dunno how she does it but does a awesome job. You got Scott to he loves movies and videogames. Just always make sure you save breakfast for him and don't eat his cookies and always put your ham or cheese back where it belongs or he gets angry. You wouldn't like him angry.

And then there is jeff man what goof ball I tell ya man he can be werid. He doesn't like rush or the beatles.
I tell ya man somethings wrong with him, but Jeff playing videogames and liking star wars I guess I'll let the rest slide. And we got Tyler man what a jokester, and can't forget my friend Alex I tell ya brother, he is good peoples. Debbie can be so motherly but is very helpful we got Lucas too I tell ya man, he so looks like dustin from stranger things. I really don't know how we all get through our day either we are busy or dead and man some of the customers...well I'll just plea the fifth on that one. But we get through it thank God for that!
