Cold steel beneath a burning sky,

Dreams collapse, empires die.

Dust and smoke replace the light,

We’re the last to face the night.

Every scar, every flame,

Nothing here remains the same.

Crown of Rust upon my head,

Built from words we left unsaid.

Kings will fall, kingdoms fade,

Nothing lasts that we have made.

Silent echoes fill the air,

Broken souls are everywhere.

Ashes drift like winter snow,

No one left to save below.

Rust will claim us all.

Crown of Rust, forever worn,

A shattered world, a king forlorn.
