Mirror’s cracked, ghost in my reflection

Half saint, half crook, no correction

Heart beats syncopated contradiction

Halo and horns, a dual subscription

Two sides of a coin, I’m the toss in the wind

Angel on the left, devil under my skin

Split right down the middle, me versus me again

Can’t escape the struggle, this fight'll never end

Echoes in my mind, voices sparring at night

One whispers wisdom, the other loves the fight

Shadowboxing doubts, moon swallows the light

My sanity’s a gymnast, tightrope walking the height

Truth’s my compass, but I steer off the route

Lied to my soul, doubt’s seeds start to sprout

One step forward, guilt drags me back south

Conflicted like a cavity in a silver-plated mouth
