Sunshine and Grace

Flip-flops on, got sunscreen in my bag,

Kids are laughin’, pullin’ buckets as we lag.

To the shore with my daughter by my side,

Grandkids run, feelin’ love in ocean tides.

Windows down, radio’s playin’ praise,

Singin’ thanks to the One who made these days.

Seashells in hand, hearts are lifted high,

Waves crash in, I thank God for this sky.

So I lift my hands, feel His Spirit in the breeze,

Every moment’s a gift, puts my soul at ease.

With my family here, faith lights up the way,

Livin’ in His love on this perfect beach day.

Dancin’ in the sand with the sunshine and grace,

Buildin’ castles with the kids, smiles on every face.

Praisin’ in the waves, feelin’ free and alive,

With my daughter and her babies, it’s a beachside high-five!

Oh-oh-oh, livin’ in His light,

Oh-oh-oh, joy is burnin’ bright,

Oh-oh-oh, with the ocean’s song,

Singin’ praise all day long!

Grandkids splash, chasin’ waves with glee,

Daughter’s laugh is a blessin’ next to me.

Sharin’ stories, prayin’ thanks for His love,

Every hug feels like heaven from above.

Cooler’s packed, picnic spread on the shore,

Talkin’ ‘bout His grace and the hope in store.

From the sand to the sea, His care’s everywhere,

With my family and faith, His glory we share.
