An old man was laying on his death bed.

feeling his spirit slipping away

as tears was flowing down his cheeks

that hospital room filled up with the Lord's presence,

he said Lord I need just a minute

a minute of your time,

he then said.

Lord,

I know I haven't lived my best life for you,

so before you call me away

I ask one thing of you

to forgive me for all of my sins,

because without your forgiveness

I'd never make it in into your heaven,

into your heaven.
