Lost in the echoes of yesterday's smile

Feeling the shadow stretch mile after mile

Remember the glow, the spark in our eyes

When love was a fire that never grew tired

Now the silence is loud, heavy as stone

Searching for the place I called home

Where did the joy go, why does it hide?

Trying to find me again inside

Can’t seem to grasp what’s lost in the rain

But I hold onto hope through pain

How do I find happiness again?

Walking through shadows, trying to see

The man I was meant to be
