No Way Out But Through
Upon the mountain’s frozen crown,
I stand where lesser hearts fall down.
The sky is black, the earth undone,
Yet still I face what must be won.
The monsters gather, endless tide,
With teeth of fear and hate as guide.
No herald comes, no angels sing,
No promised hand from any king.
No miracle descends tonight,
No hidden path, no guiding light.
The only truth my spirit knew:
There is no way out but through.
So let them come in endless waves,
I was not born to die a slave.
Steel in my heart, fire in my veins,
I rise through thunder, loss, and pain.
Alone against the dark I stand,
The storm itself beneath command.
The mountain shakes, the heavens move,
There is no way out but through.
The cold winds howl their ancient lies,
That all men break, that courage dies.
Yet deep beneath the scars I’ve known,
A greater strength begins to grow.
A spark ignites within the soul,
Beyond all fear, beyond control.
Not magic cast by hand or wand,
But something vast and far beyond.
The hidden ember starts to blaze,
Awakened by these brutal days.
The power waits in all that’s true,
There is no way out but through.
So let them come in endless waves,
I was not born to die a slave.
Steel in my heart, fire in my veins,
I rise through thunder, loss, and pain.
Alone against the dark I stand,
The storm itself beneath command.
The mountain shakes, the heavens move,
There is no way out but through.
I am the flame inside the night.
I am the will that chooses fight.
Not hope, not luck, not fate’s decree,
But earned conviction carrying me.
The rage becomes a focused blade,
A force no darkness ever swayed.
The storm awakens at my call,
And one by one the giants fall.
Now let them come in endless waves,
Their numbers only mark their graves.
The fire once hidden now burns bright,
A living star against the night.
The mountain roars beneath my feet,
The drums of victory repeat.
No gods arrived, no legends flew,
I won because I followed through.
Upon the mountain I remain,
Tempered by struggle, loss, and pain.
The lesson carved in iron truth:
There was no way out…
But through.
