The backrooms

Am I lost in the backroomsss? Is there any escape I don’t know anymore where am I I’m just lost in the back rooms. I keep seeing shadows moving I think it’s just me imagining things soon as I see something running at me I am veryyy scared I’m I gonna die no this can’t happen once again when I saw darkness and I have been back again I think I’m trapped forever forever in this backrooms this feels like torture I don’t like this
