Kickin' up dust on a Friday night,

Motor runnin' under neon light.

Got my old dog, and my pickup's purrin',

This hillbilly's life, yeah, it's burnin'!

Sunset’s glow on a dirt road ride,

Beer in a jug, got nothin' to hide.

Chasin’ fireflies, huntin' for fun,

Livin’ loud till the day is done.

Strum that banjo, slap that bass,

Feel that southbound, wild pace.

With a rebel heart and a grin so wide,

This redneck's got nothin' to hide!

Yeehaw! Gonna rock this town,

Barefoot and free, never slowin' down.

Kickin' up dust, losin' control,

Redneck rhythm, heart and soul!

Moonshine glow and a rusty guitar,

Singin’ in the backyard under stars so far.

Little bit crazy, a little bit loud,

Hillbilly wild, yeah, proud and unbowed!

So here's to the folks, the boys and girls,

In overalls and pearl buttons.
