Move on let go what cant do

Come to point haft let it go cant beat time and im gotten older unhealthy

Accepting the change slowing down but keep.going forward i know im still worth it just haft go little slower then before my mind is strong but body is weak now so I haft to

Accept it go on pick up.my head move to new goal getting older but not too old try again

New light in my eyes hope on rise yes I cant do what I did years ago but I still give it my best now condition I cant change but I will overcome and adapt to new day

Family back me up they try help me thru bad times still working good job im learning to slow down smell roses ..life too short go.in fast lane I go with my own flow fatigue most of time but I press on

I love to challenge myself I keep it real move on letting go fear that cant do some things but have courage to admit my failures

Point is we all have problem it mind where fight start cant look to.older days as young man when your more mature responsibility work..but I aleast standing where im.at do work get better in my health
