Snow falls heavy like my head

Red lights blinking green is dead

Silent streets scream in my ear

Where's the joy? It's nowhere near

Bleak December nights I’m breaking

Tinsel cuts the wounds still aching

Santa’s sleigh just passed me by

Guess I’m the kid Christmas denied

Stockings hung but they’re all torn

Candy canes

They taste like scorn

Jingle bells sound like a lie

Holly’s sharp it stabs my eye

Frostbite crawling up my spine

Fake cheer can't replace what’s mine
