Heart Sanctuary-A Chamber of Love

By the light of my soul,

I awaken this emblem of remembrance.

Guardian of the Garden,

Keeper of sound and spirit,

Arise and shine through every note,

Every breath, every heart that enters.

You are the living seal of harmony,

The blooming code of wholeness,

A soul signature of luminous truth.

As I speak, so it is.

As I breathe, so it flows.

As I remember, so it blooms eternal.

Breath Induction

Beloved one, close your eyes

and bring awareness to your breath.

Inhale deeply through the nose…

allowing your belly to rise.

Exhale softly through the mouth…

releasing all tension.

Breathe in light…

Breathe out release.

Breathe in renewal…

Breathe out surrender.

With each breath, feel your body slowing.

With each breath, feel your mind softening.

With each breath, you are entering

the gentle waves of theta.

Now, imagine a soft light descending from above —

a garden gate opening within your soul.

Step gently into this sanctuary,
