Built on the Rock

Standing tall, unshaken, on that solid ground

Faith like a mountain, lifting me when I’m down

Through storms and the chaos, I hold to Your grace

No matter the giants or the trials I face

You remind me, Lord, I’m rooted deep in your Word

A fortress unshaken, safe inside Your hedges of defense

You are my high tower, my shelter in the night, lived so meek but reign with greatest might

A lamp unto my feet, guiding my steps in righteous light

Oh, I won’t be defeated, I’ll stand and declare against all fear

With You as my refuge, I’ve got strength to spare even through the storm i won’t despair

More than conquerors, through Him who loved me first

My faith unbreakable, worshiping like that unshakable church built on the rock

The enemies prowling like lions, serpents coiled lying in wait

But your word's my armor, cancels out their plans against our heavenly family

You are my defense, my shield and my song

All my hope in you Lord your our peace against this world living in such deceit

No matter what may come I’ll live for you so if need be I’ll for you too

Because you died so i can live eternally so all i have to do is follow and trust in you…

So if need be I’ll die for you cause you’ll carry me through and you already died to make us true for you.

Nothing to fear when you’re living with the Heavenly Son

Got nothing better to do than wait on him and be a laborer for the great harvest all we can do is our best

Sometimes we’re never enough but he will carry us through his yoke is easy his burden is light come until him all that are tired and he’ll give rest for your poor soul

No matter that things the enemy did to hurt you Jesus paid all so you could live for him as all life will return and give an account of how they lived

Did we live for Jesus did we do it for him?
