Gazing past the mask, I see the truth unfold

Revealing hidden hearts, where stories are retold

In the shadows, I catch a glimpse of who they are

Light and darkness dancing, written in their star

No need for words or judgments, their essence pure and bare

A window to their soul, the love or pain they wear

Seeing through the fiction, I feel the real inside

A mirror to their spirit, where secrets often hide

I see the light within, I see the darkness too

Truth shining through their eyes, revealing what’s true

Good or bad, the surface fades, beneath it all I know

The soul’s the story told, in its eternal glow

Faces may deceive, but hearts betray no lie

In the depth of silence, their true colors fly

Every scar, every smile, a chapter written clear

In the spectrum of the soul, there's nothing to fear

Peering past the surface, I recognize the core

Love and pain collide, it’s what we all adore

I see the light within, I see the darkness too
