Life longs for us to reach harmony. Everything within nature is in a constant pursuit... of harmony. This is so absolute it may as well be law. If your life is in chaos, you need to reflect. Chaos is the antithesis of harmony. So you need to solve what causes the chaos in the first place. Reflect. Digest. Digest. Reflect. Idle hands don't build homes. Do you live in a house or a home? My friend I hope it's a home because a house is just a structure. A home operates with harmony. A home provides refuge. A home provides safety. A house provides shelter, nothing more.

When you start to seek harmony in every capacity you will naturally sow harmony. You will begin to spread harmony. Your intentions don't only linger within you. They touch the world around you. A healthy cell can uplift unhealthy cells around it by vibrating. A small piece of us gives hint to us, as a collective. Our intentions interconnect in ways unseen and often unnoticed. Harmony starts within. Your own pitch must be in tune.
