Truth Is

Never imagined I'd wake up next to an empty spot in my bed. Took me awhile to swallow the pain. But once I did there was so much to gain. Everyday I wake up and put a smile on my face. Keeping busy with work friends and family. You would think that Life couldn't be more satisfying. But the truth is ..... Every night as my head hits my pillow and I close my eyes. There's an image of us and I realize..how much I'm missing you. I'm craving you. I know loving you is wrong but I guess I dont want to be right. Friday night out on the town with friends. Got the Windows down. Music blaring, smoke in the air. Cruising Not a care or thought inside. Until our song blares out the radio. Just another typical night. Friends, boos and my bed. You would think that life couldn't be more satisfying. But the truth is ....Every night as my head hits my pillow and I close my eyes. There's an image of us and I realize..how much I'm missing you. I'm craving you. I know loving you is wrong but I guess I dont want to be right.
